internships

  • $25/hr, 20 hours a week for a 3-month term

  • $1,000 completion bonus at end of term

  • Term extensions available on a case-by-case basis

  • We're growing. We're not a firm with dozens of open roles and a recruiting pipeline. We're a founder-led geospatial consultancy that's thoughtful about who we bring in and when. We'd rather grow slowly and get it right than scale fast and lose what makes us worth joining. We don’t want to be massive and monopolizing. We want to be small and happy, like one of Molly’s cats.

  • We hire for character before credentials.

    Specifically, we're drawn to people who:

    • Are genuinely curious about the work and the industries we serve

    • Communicate clearly and honestly, including when something isn't going well

    • Care about the communities their work affects

    • Can work independently without needing someone to check in constantly, but like checking in anyways because their colleagues are nice

    • Bring expertise without ego, like, any ego
